Mentoring our students allows you to interact with potential developers, observe how they work, and get to know them much better than during a three-month probationary period.

You are free to choose the technologies from our tech stack with which you are most comfortable and to restrict the technologies you coach to those.
Coaching Structure
Weekly session
During this session, you review their code, give them feedback, and give them tasks to finish before the next session.
Answer questions
Some students will become stuck in a difficult technical problem in between classes. When that happens, they will message you to request your help.

You decide how much you work
We understand how busy you are. So you let us know how many students you want to work with. Each student gets roughly 1.5 hours per week.
Fair pay
Get paid $60 for each coaching session.
Fully online
All coaching sessions take place over Zoom.
